GameRager: With our luck we'd get SS1 but it'd be the crappy/lesser floppy version, and not the awesomesauce CD-ROM version with voices/audio/etc.
graveir: I do not think so. I hope we got the fattiest version of it. Luckily I got th CD-rom version, Just lazy to make it running in WIn7 64-Bit.
Yes, but GOG has brought several games to GOG as floppy versions instead of CD-ROM versions, and DOS versions instead of Windows versions(For various reasons.). This is why I jokingly posted about GOG finally bringing us the games, but as floppy versions. I also hope we get the CD-ROM versions, btw. -------------------------------------------
Also you DO know about SSportable, right? It's basically the CD-ROM versions jerry-rigged to run in newer OSs AND run on portable media.
It's abandonware (So it's probably not legal to download[Where you live.] if you don't own the game.), but if you own the game then feel free to look into it. ;)
