yogsloth: This is the type of valuable Townsperson we need around these parts. Thank the Good Lord you're here, Jay.

If the wolves attack again, I'm sure we will be in good hands.
avatar
bler144: Well, we know for sure he's town.

...

Wolves don't wear hats.
I did see a possum in a beret once

I'm lost already.

My beard contains food, I will eat that while I think.

That's just the way we traditionally welcome players new to GOG's forum.

With a post merge and a friendly swift kick to the crotch.

That was my perception.

I didn't actually see the original post, I'm assuming just based on the sequence of things. I was responding to yogs' post and nothing from Fox was there; posted and the multi-quote was there.

Yeah, it's a pain.

Especially when you have to go to bed/work/whatever and you just posted something you want to EBWOP.

If no one's around to /bump you (or observe that it was an accidental post-merge), it's 10 sucktastic minutes of waiting.

Vote Bookwyrm

You know why... >:(

avatar
trentonlf: I think bookwyrm has been into the "medicine" cabinet again....
avatar
Brasas: [eyes the avatar]

Is that a wolf Trenton? I mean... ma Barton.

avatar
yogsloth: I must say, while I am fairly disappointed my chickenshit brothers Earl and Ed took off for Nashua, there is no way I would leave our fair Town undefended. Sad day again that my poor old aging mammy trentonlf had more stones than my own brothers. *sigh* So be it.
avatar
Brasas: Skipping the posting order here to say that this ^ would put a very thematic edge on you guys typical scumhunting best practices. Maybe we can convince you to do it while roleplaying? Might have been more of a challenge if Trent had gotten the firey youth and you the ponderous mama though...

Still I think you just go for it, after all it's been quite dissapointing to not see any "villagery pop in" from you. You know, given the theme... :P

Brasas: Nice effort. This game sure calls for a bit of roleplay... if I had more time I might endulge myself.

Unvote

RVS is fun and all, but it's Drealmer's game (meaning who knows what the heck to expect) plus I'm not sure if I will be able to post very frequently so I'd rather not leave the vote parked.

Actually... I got an idea >:)
Who thinks no lynch will be somehow important sometime?

PS: To the new folks, Drealmer is famous for advocating No Lynch.
PPS: To the regulars, yeah yeah, maybe could have waited with that bees' nest...
My avatar is my husky, Shadow. Been my avatar since I started on the forums, I only changed it before to show my thanks to a dear friend and by got stuck when the avatar system broke. Saw the avatars were suppose to be fixed again and figured since I was starting back in the forums again I should change my avatar back. It should have actually changed in the signup thread, but it took about a week to change for some reason.

As for the no lynch because drealmer is hosting, I don't think it will be a factor and will be going forward as normal.

yogsloth: And given that Davos, Melisandre, Samwell, and Arya are all here too...
Oh? I rem each of those. All good people, though Arya was a right posting pest early on? If I'm not misremembering...

Davos and Samwell were close to the end. Melisandre died a bit earlier? Who are they here?

It was too many names to remember... wait... Sam was Nacho right? Who also played the other game (of "Nacho meet Taco, Taco meet Nacho" fame).

I also remember Stanari, but rather because of the avatar. Ah the memories of fun reads :) And speaking of the new gang... let's give them a proper welcome.

Hmmm... do you imply he and you both know something the rest of us don't know?

Then the question would be is it distancing, bussing, or bear / wolf / zombie slip...

I kid, I kid...

This girl... hmmm Marie, how old are you dear?

Anyway, this she knows the truth.

My first two games I did it. Hard habit to break when you have different posting habits. We go around writing replies and copying them, cancelling them, opening new one, pasting them and writing on. Sucks...

The hat joke was fun though.

@all

Anyway, turning off. Night all. Crap day over. Me happy.
I saw a fox in a fedora!
Thanks for the bump Foxy!

I lurked enough mafia to rem your husky avatar actually. Was just a tongue in cheek comment :)

[hits refresh - goes away without feeling rude]
So like wolves and such aboot, I better wear my protective facegear.

Just a little somethin I saved from my schoolin days. I played hockey.

I wear the mask occasionally so as not to get splinters in my face.

So don't mind me...i'll just be hoverin' about the woods with my axe wearin a hockey mask.

nuthin' to see here

my name's Jason btw

i'm totally original in every way

Possible they're both just have a grudge because of how he's undressed them in prior games. I'm also somewhat paranoid in general.

There is something interesting about yogs' tone/approach so far that bears keeping an eye on. Or wolfs keeping an eye on, or whatever.

@Stan, still, I would also appreciate an answer to that, whether or not Brasas was serious.

Of the two players I'm usually pretty good at sussing out:
Wyrm: leaning firmly town (tone and approach), though can't entirely rule out that his gameplan is to fool me in particular, but if so someone else will probably get him. /shrug
HSL: lock observer

Bang Wyrm. Might move him up to Marry, IDK.
