Do you also see many games here, which are actually not discounted? Well I do and this confuses me a bit. Is this a bug? Were new games discounted today (some hours ago)?

It's a bug. It seems that games that were discounted yesterday retain the "discounted" value, even if they aren't currently discounted.

Ah ok, thanks for the clarification, that this is indeed a bug. So I am not the only one experiencing this.
