The long-awaited final Atari-Hasbro release is here! Most of you have probably figured this out by now, but that release is only the best RPG of all time - Baldur's Gate 2!

The Complete edition contains the original Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn and its expansion pack: Throne of Baal. It's hard to compare this game to any other, since it's usually other games that are compared to Baldur's Gate 2. You've got complex character creation and development, plus mechanics based upon the 2nd Edition Dungeons and Dragons ruleset. The in-game world is just huge and lets you visit countless locations in Faerûn, including the mysterious Underdark. The story is just enthralling and spans upwards of 200 hours of gameplay. Finally, one of the most interesting features is that your party just feels alive. Its members aren't there just for the damage, tanking or healing, but are in fact complex characters with their own motives, likes, dislikes and sometimes even love interests... You will often laugh at their quips and jeers, or find yourself defusing a potential conflict. Overall, an RPG masterpiece of legendary proportions.
Record time. Went from seeing BG2 to downloading it in less than 20 seconds.

xa_chan: Aaaaaahhhh, at last! So now, I hope that all the people that were complaining will remain silent during the long weeks needed to fully play BG2. ^_^

Delixe: Oh come on now. Being a member of GOG this long you should know that the complaints will never, ever stop.
Especially if Steam is mentioned.

Anyway, just Neverwinter Nights 2 to go and I believe GOG will have a complete D&D for PC collection.
Aww where are 10$ when you need them, Minsc heeeelp

I need to visit Amn again ;(((

GOG is not even close to complete D&D collection, you forgot about old SSI games

Far from complete. These are the AD&D games only published by SSI:

- Pools of Darkness (1991)
- Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures (1993)

Savage Frontier series
- Gateway to the Savage Frontier (1991)
- Treasures of the Savage Frontier (1992)
- Neverwinter Nights, the first graphical MMORPG, for AOL (1991)

Dragonlance series
- Champions of Krynn (1990)
- Death Knights of Krynn (1991)
- The Dark Queen of Krynn (1992)

Spelljammer: Pirates of Realmspace (1992)

Heroes of the Lance (1988)
Hillsfar (1989)
War of the Lance (1989)
Dragons of Flame (1989)
DragonStrike (1990)
Eye of the Beholder (1990)
Shadow Sorcerer (1991)

Eye of the Beholder III: Assault on Myth Drannor (1992)
Dungeon Hack (1993)
Dark Sun: Shattered Lands (1993)
Dark Sun: Wake of the Ravager (1994)

gyokzoli: They were also developers.

They developed Planescape Torment and the Icewind Dale series (except the engine which is developed by Bioware). And they only published the Baldur's Gate series since it was developed by Bioware.
Black Isle was not a publisher at all, they were an internal development studio at Interplay. Interplay was the original publisher of all these games (except ToEE).
Best. CRPG. Ever.

Haha, I'll download the main game tomorrow or some other day. Right now I've downloaded the songtracks and listening to the music, oh the memories! Btw, where's the dragon battle music? I can't seem to find it, this epic piece:
