Anyone here know of any example(s) of a game(s) developed by a development studio that is a subsidiary of one of the major publishers(EA, Ubisoft, Sega, Take Two, Microsoft, Activision Publishing, Square Enix/Eidos) released within the last 3 years, excluding games by Firaxis? Released in the last 5 years?

If not what games do you know about that have mod tools? I am (in both cases) particularly interested in FPS and TPS games but any genre will do. I am asking this because I am curios and I am interested in trying out the mod tools.
I know there are a ton of custom multiplayer maps for Far Cry 3 thanks to the map editor, but I have no idea how you go about using it.

Some of the maps are pretty awesome, they're generally tropical remakes of famous maps from other games.

Also Skyrim is an obvious one. Left 4 Dead, Total War series, Torchlight 2 (not a publisher game, but still very mod friendly), the STALKER series, and that's all I can think of right now.

Here's an idea, go to the Steam Workshop page and click see all 24 games. All of these have pretty extensive mod support.

Yeah, here's a few standouts, but you can find a lot more.
Any other examples?
Bump.
