You should contact Support: http://www.gog.com/support/contact

Make it clear that your account has been hijacked.

Good luck!
Congratulations on getting new computer.
Sorry to hear about your account.
You should contact gog support asap.
This looks like an old account. So if your mail got hacked, you can change it from settings and still download your games by simply clicking "account"

Hi:Ok thankyou very much.
This seems to be a growing problem. Good luck with support. You may want to change your other account passwords as well and the email address associated with them, if they use the same email address as here (create a new one if need be). Losing your GOG games sucks, but there are definitely worse accounts to have hacked.

I doubt it would be brute force (as so many attempts in such a short amount of time would throw some flags [tiny](if programmed)[/tiny], or a 15 minute delay after 3 failed attempts would slow that to a crawl), so more likely some security hole that isn't obvious... or more likely, being tricked into believing a email/page reference is legit and submitting information. Heh, like a lot of the Myspace hacking and password phishing that went on...

Which reminds me, when i usually enter my password anymore, i doublecheck the path of the site looks right. Same for banks, paypal, and craigslist (have yet to use it for anything yet though).

The reason I suggested ditching the email address for account association is because it might have been that which was compromised - which would then give the hacker access to all associated accounts as all they have to do is request a new password. That certainly makes email accounts worth the effort of hacking.

Add on most people use the same bad passwords for all their accounts...

Maybe... Snowden on passwords?

The scary thing is that the real US government passwords are probably still a lot worse than that. Especially given the code they used to use for launching nukes...

A lot of the nukes still run on computers from the 70's, running on 5 1/4" floppy disks...

Been watching a lot of Last Week Tonight... Source
