Hello. I just started playing nwn 2 and every caster companion seems to want to go into melee. I just got Elanee and unless I order her too she just attacks with her melee weapon. When I turn it off in the behavior setting she does nothing. I have tried the companion and monster ai 2.8 and it does nothing to help the problem. Also too much clutter on that mod for my taste. I've tried behavior settings and still nothing. I'm at a loss. I'm tempted to just go puppet mode cause I don't know what else to do.

Answers please. I have seen on youtube other players of the game where they have encountered Elanee and she is casting spells like normal. Please help.
