World of Glass is, well, pretty poor, to be polite.
If you're going to check out Tristania, make it one of the first two albums - Widow's Weeds or Beyond the Veil. Tristania went downhill after Morten Veland was kicked out of the band - and quickly.
I prefer both Sirenia and World of Glass to the first two albums. The resultant sound of the first two albums is a little too doom metal for my tastes. To each their own.
