I've just bought, and installed, this excellent game on my Win 10 PC.
The graphics are completely unacceptable and I need to know whom I shouild contact to get my money returned.

Does this mean that you're having a technical issue? If that's the case, contact GOG Support. They will try to help you fix the issue and, if they are not able, they will refund your purchase.

If it's a technical issue you'll have to work with support first, you won't automatically get a refund, so some patience will be in order.

If you do that then try to be more specific about what your problem is.
