I've successfully patched my GOG version of In Cold Blood to French but it requires overwritting a lot of files for a total of 1Go (almost the full game !!!). In fact, this overwrites movies, speech and some mission data files as text is included with other data.

Could someone point me to an utility which can binary compare two directories and make a patch out of it ? I could then post it here...

Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but Wikipedia has a page called "Comparison of file comparison tools".

Are you sure it works? Did you try? It should works ONLY on an old CD version.

Yeah it's English audio for all and subtitles in english, french or german.
