jjsimp: Just caught some TV program on metal and they had Dave Mustaine on the show rating five of his earlier albums. According to Mustaine, So Far, So Good was his worst album, Killing is my Business 4th, Peace Sells 3rd, Rust in Peace was 2nd, While Countdown to Extinction he rated as his best...Number 1 and 2 surprised everyone on the show. Everyone thought Rust should be the number 1. And he had no reservations of So Far, So good was his worst album...kind of made it sound like it was the worst out of all his albums.
It's hard to rank So Far...that low, when it has "Into the Lungs.." and "In My Darkest Hour" on it. There are many, many, worse Megadeth albums.

Not my rank, I like that album. It's just how Dave responded when asked to rank his albums. He said something to the effect of, "without a doubt So Far is the worst." Link below for the show.
His wife also thought sweating bullets was about her, but it was about one of her crazy friends.

I think the new album might be the worst thus far, yes, worse than Risk, which was actually alright. I also didn't care much for 13. Endgame was solid though, would have been a perfect finale.
Thus Spake The Nightspirit by Emperor. Lovely ending.

I haven't even heard one song from the last three albums. Maybe someday I will buy one of them, but my 6 disc changer in my car is full with the compilation cd's I made...and I doubt they can replace any of his other CDs on my Megadeth compilation CD. Maybe I just need to get a new stereo with USB.

Check out "Washington is Next", "Headcrusher", and the combo of "Dialectic Chaos/This Day We Fight". That is all you need. The last song is actually incredible, on par with "Into the Lungs".
Since this is GOG, back to the good old stuff:

Fade to Black cover by Sonata Arctica. Very touching.
The Retinal Circus dvd is looking naturally awesome.
