I don't see the manual for Wizard's Crown in the download section or in the install directory. A scan of the Apple II manual can be found here:

https://mocagh.org/loadpage.php?getgame=wizcrown

I've attached a scan of the note that is in my boxed copy.

I decreased the file size some more, reference card is now also attached.

ZFR: ====================================
LIST OF GAMES WITH MISSING MANUALS (Part III)
====================================

[...]

Monkey Island, Secret of: Special Edition
Monkey Island 2: Special Edition
• Missing special edition manual. Replacement available here.
If the linked manual is a combined one for both the SEs, you might want to make that clearer in the description. At first, I just thought it was an error in your list, that you had run together entries for the two separate games. (For all I know, that could be, since I don't really want to download & unpack the archive file just to check.)

Thanks for all this work, too, if I hadn't said it before.
This one is late, but the manual for the dark reign 1 expansion: rise of the shadow hand is missing on the gog version, I have been unable to track down a pdf copy.
mocagh.org has Heroes Chronicles Warlords of the Wasteland manual:

https://www.mocagh.org/loadpage.php?getgame=heroesww
https://www.mocagh.org/nwc/heroesww-manual.pdf
Also, the english Patrician Manual linked in the list is a copy of the one I scanned from my personal collection and uploaded to Hall of Light:

http://hol.abime.net/1021/manual

But the guy on that site decided to reduce the size of the one I uploaded for space reasons. Here's an archive of my original PDFs, both the manual and the map:

Thanks for all the updates, people. I'm visiting my family for Christmas, but will try and update everything when I have a bit of time.
Total Annihilation: Kingdoms - Iron Plague manual link is dead. Can update with these:

This looks like a complete manual for An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire that includes the pages missing from the GOG version:

Do you know if the PC version came with a manual? Or is the reference card all that was there?

All done up to this point. Thanks.

@Cadaver, I used ncs's link for since it has a few other goodies in it, but thanks too.
