toxicTom: Sound like a boss creature from a FF game...
Could be. I remember he had a friend from Canada with a bitchin' red motorcycle.

HijacK: He left the forum?! When did he leave the forum?

tinyE: He left right about the time I stopped getting derepped for EVERY POST I MADE! :D
I don't get the dereping part. Sometimes you make no sense, but at least you're joking. There are tons of people on this forum who make no sense and they are not joking.

I always wanted to say this on an international site... Now I guess some Martians or Betazoids creep up and downvote me...

These damn aliens, playing our most advanced video games here on GOG. They're obviously spying on us to plan an invasion.

Sadly, there's tons of people on this forum that do make sense, and they are not joking, either.

VanishedOne: I haven't studied the previous 510 posts closely, so perhaps someone has mentioned this already, but one simple improvement would be case-neutral alphabetical listing for the http://www.gog.com/forum subforum list. Currently I have to remember that 'STALKER series' comes before 'Sacred Gold'.
And now that STAR WARS®: Knights of the Old Republic comes before 1954 Alcatraz, A New Beginning and Age of Wonders series.

Edit: ah, that bug is fixed now. STALKER and STAR WARS still precede Sacred, though.

Reviving this thread to report another... "quirk" of the search function. I was curious how many people offer Origin games in the trading thread, so I opened the thread and typed "Origin" in the search. Now look at this, or see the attached pic.

Okay, let's be fair... "Sangfroid" is sharing quite a few letters with "Origin", but... WHAT?!?! oO Please, GOG, fix the search function.

You'd have significantly bigger success at communicating with a wall than GOG fixing the search function. :P

Is it really necessary for even the post composition window to send a request to connect.facebook.net?

(This tracker is embedded in the Support and community wishlist pages too; though not in the shop pages.)

Crap like this is why everyone should run Adblock Plus and NoScript.

Even 'good' sites aren't safe.
