Just an update,

Steam are looking in to the user that scammed me and others. That particular Steam account is now banned from trading :

It is, but i worry that if his steam stuff is restricted, he might choose to be on GOG more often.

Yes, but from what i've seen, the scammer has been using the pm system to pick his victims. If someone is new here and have no idea, they would be easy pickings.

Yeah, unfortunately this guy knows what he / she is doing.

Thats why I have started asking that someone sending me a PM to do a trade links to a forum post of theirs then I click PM beside the users name and if it goes to the existing PM chat I know its legit, opens a conversation with a new user and I know something is amiss.

Nice one! Sadly not his main account though, although that was the one he used to scam you, you can bet he registered the scammed game onto his main account.

Getting a load of crap via PM from a user named aviciii at the min, just blocked and reported.

Guessing this no mark thinks they are clever, just said I'm dumb in a PM and asking about Bards Tale so guessing this is another dupe account here no doubt.

That's a good question.
1st: I'm poor and noone has ever gifted me anything on steam (even when i asked for cheap stuff)
2nd: I've been bullied many times. I don't trust people anymore and nowadays i like to fuck with them. Unfortunately, that's how society "molded" me.
3rd: To be honest, i can't go back after causing all of this. I would, believe me. I just can't anymore.
4th: I'm bored.
