Thanks to Witcher Adventure Beta being removed, I now have TWO blank spots on my shelf. I've had the first one since the site redesign months ago.

I sent in a support ticket and was told they "could not replicate the problem". However, I know I'm far from the only one. I expect there are quite a few users with this issue. I sent in a second ticket and was told the problem was solved... but it wasn't.

It's not a deal-breaker, and GoG is in no danger of losing my business, but man I would still really like to see this fixed.
Thanks for this post - I noticed a space on my shelf couple days ago and couldn't figure out what game if any is missing - but it is as you say Witcher Adventure Game Beta. I see you sent a support ticket also - so did I, however I got a completely different response.

"Hello, we have made a really huge investigation into the issue. First of all, I can reassure you that no game is missing from your library. We are still not sure what causes the problem, but we also know some of the conditions required for the problem to appear.
First of all, a user must have a large collection of games, at least over 70. Some of these should probably should be games with DLCs (the problem never happened on an account without DLCs, however adding these to an account will not trigger the bug, that's why we're treating it only as one potential condition).

The missing spot will always appear as the last entry in a row, usually (but not always) right down the middle of a library. In case of collections with at least 300 games, more than one empty spot may appear. The empty spot will always be in the same place, no matter what kind of sorting method is selected.
However, as I said previously, we are definitely sure that no game is missing and apparently it does nothing except being there. Because of that, the problem was unfortunately assigned a low priority, and will likely only be fixed only after more urgent or serious issues are resolved. This will probably be no sooner than 2 months from now."

So if it is a bug that comes about when GOG removes a game from your shelf why will it take GOG 2 months to fix it? Why can't one of the support staff just delete the space from my shelf which would take a couple of minutes! Low priority or not - just delete the damn space and all is well again.
Try going to https://www.gog.com/account/refresh, I think that has fixed it for some users if I remember correctly (I haven't seen that problem myself), but it may very well be different issues with the same symptom. If it doesn't work for you, well, you'll likely just have to wait until GOG fixes it.

I just noticed exactly the same issue - at least it looked like it. Empty last spot of 10th row (so 50th game cover) with 68 games total. And I had Witcher Adventure Beta at some point too. But I'm not sure it is relevant. Why? See my comment of next quote.

I did the refresh and it helped. No empty spot, but also the same amount of games in the last row. So there was game missing! Luckily I kept my shelf with empty spot open in the other tab, so I could compare what changed. It appears that the missing game was Fallout. So maybe the issue is related somehow to this game disappearing and reappearing in GOG catalogue?

balver: snip
Please use 'Search' function.
Well, in this case I don't need it. I've found my solution here. Also your link says nothing about the issue being related to Fallout, so I guess what I've posted may be useful to someone.

But few threads under it has already been discussed.
I actually like that spot. One time I want to fill it up again with the Witcher Adventure. :) Probably this year. :-P

That raises an interesting question. If one adds the Witcher Adventure game to the account is the blank spot really going to disappear or not :D
"β marks the spot!" XD
That's better link, thanks :)
I did the refresh, still have a space and I also have fallout so not sure what it is.
