I am working in game shop where we sold customers new sealed physical box of Witcher 3 GOTY, but he is claiming that code is not working. But its retyped to gog galaxy OK.

Did you submit your support query at https://www.gog.com/support/contact or did you literally send them an email? Asking because I do not believe they accept incoming support directly via email unless it is in response to their auto-responder emails that are sent out when a support request is submitted via the URL I just mentioned.

If you did actually send a request via email, try again via the URL above.

To add further info, if you see a blue one online (meaning posts from GOG-staff) you can ping them via the chat option:

Move your cursor over the picture of somebody where it says GOG-staff, wait a short moment and a window will appear, saying in their start conservation. Click on it and you will be brought to the chat screen, shortly explain your problem and your ticket number which you shall have received if you opened a ticket, and they will try to speed it up.

We did reply to both of your tickets (within 10 minutes, even!). Please check your spam and junk folders, just in case.

You should use official channels to investigate such distribution-related cases, though.

1. Will we get the soundtrack and artbook as order in advanced too, like
steam buyer?
2. Will we get the linux version too, like steam?
3. Is the multiplayer only for steam users. Do we get no multiplayer on
gog.com?

I also have emailed Kalypso about this situation. Perhaps anybody can
tell me more.

We will see.....I know they does not work at weekend. But I also think I will get no really aswer about my questions. Perhap/do not know jet....
Okay so on this side I tried Steam support, and on this side I tried GOG.

On the Steam side I don't feel anything. On the GOG side it's tingling.

Do you people know what that means?

Also check your spambox, sometimes replies to your ticket gets there instead of your regular inbox.
