Hey everybody!
Nice to meet you all! If you want to meet some of the GOG.com Team members you can go right here!
Tom, live in Canada, been gaming on PC since... hmm... does an Apple IIe count? Choplifter was possibly my true computer-gaming introduction, but that was mostly at school. PC gaming at home took off with Leisure Suit Larry (when I was 10 years old -- oh no, I've turned out to be a terrible human being!) and then X-Wing and anything LucasArts touched, really.
Was lucky enough to turn video games into a career when I got a job at BioWare when I was 19 and haven't looked back since. It's great to work in games, because I actually have to keep up with games. Which means I play them. I started working full-time with CD Projekt earlier this year and was THRILLED to hear about GOG. Back in April I said "this is going to be awesome"... sure enough, here we are. I can't wait to convince every other publisher around that they need their games here.

Strider: Hi everyone, my name is Darran Jones and I'm the editor of Retro Gamer. GOG is a fantastic site, so expect reviews to start appearing in the magazine very, very soon.

Uh oh, run everybody, the English are coming!
hello all :)
Hello All, let me introduce myself!

My regular life was ruined when I first played DOOM on my uncle's PC back in 1993.
I probably could've been a King of a random eastern-European country by now, instead I spent most of my time completing quests, grinding, fighting, talking to elves and dragons, winning and losing in Double Dragon, Contra, AOE, HOMM 3 BG, NN, Fallouts, KOTOR, Mass Effect and Football Manager.

I just recently accidentally GOG.com PR&Marketing Team and it feels good.

See you on other forums :)

I think you accidentally a word. ;)

Also, while Cook can never be replaced, discordiac here was hired for the same position that Cook used to occupy, so you'll probably see him around the forum being all public and relationsy.
