T-Prime: Good day, fellow comrades!

I am a child of the -89's, who is ready to give a game of any genre a chance, but spends most of his game time on shooting games. FGOAT (Favorite Game Of All Time) is a tough battle between Broken Sword and Jagged Alliance 2.
I like the avatar. It is good to have more Jagged Alliance 2 fans here.

im a 24yr old dude wanting to get back to my roots. i cant say how impressed i am with this site. DRM free, and for the price of a burger i can enjoy hours of real gaming.
Just scanned through all 38 pages to see if I'd introduced myself and I havent. So Anyway.....

Hi folks. Im me im him. nice to meet you
Didn't see my introduction anywhere so..

Hey all, just call me 8BitGinno. Just another retro gaming enthusiast like the rest of ya.
Unfortunately I didn't get into PC gaming until after 2000, so I missed a lot of stuff (The 90's just had some good games, didn't it?) though I did grow up with Nintendo systems. I'm hoping to get in on the experience once I get a job.

If anyone is ever up for some ZSNES, just GOGpm me. I love me some SNES action. :]
34-year old from Slovenia. Love computer games since I was 10. Had a C-64, Amiga 500, Amiga 1200 and switched to PC with a Pentium 90 MHz. Games I played and loved are way too numerous to list, but to put it in a short version: RPGs, action RPGs, turn-based strategies, sport management games, occasional racing games. Don't prefer RTS and absolutely abhorr FPS games (since I grew up, anyway :).

Hi.

I was born in 1984, and got my first PC when I was about 7 to 8 years old. A PC XT (Galaxy), if I recall correctly. Alley Cat was my introduction to PC gaming. That and Dig Dug. Oh, and Zork.

Before that, I had a clone Home Computer (NES type system), an Atari 5200 and 2600 XT. Moved up to a Pentium 133 (IBM Aptiva, was it?) and never looked back since.

I play pretty much any type of game really, if my Xfire history is any indication.
I'm new :D happy new years by the way ^-^ /cheers. I found this site tonight because I was bored and googling for "digital copy"and"Planescape Torment" - Thank you GOG for releasing these old games from my childhood! This is awesome :D I am really into retro games (well all games technically). I was also excited to see Gobliins and Kings Quest. I would like to see in the future more such games ^^ Discworld maybe?

Hi I'm James... Weaping Reaper online... I'm 21 and from England.

I started with a SEGA Master System with built in Alex the Kid which was a little out dated when I was playing it even as a youngster... After that I tried to keep up and now have a PS3.

I was playing games like Fallout 3, Fallout Vegas, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1/2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops... Nazi Zombies... Awesome!

My PS3 died a month ago... Yellow light of death!

Whilst SONY take their sweet ass time fixing it I thought I'd give the older generation of Fallout titles a shot... I'm impressed... There has always been a bitching match between the 'old school' Fallout players and the 'graphic whores' of the new generation... Not my opinion on either party...

Anyway I'm rambling on now...

Yeah so I'm actually glad my PS3 died... Gave me the time to try the oldies... I'm glad I did as the older Fallouts are just as sweet... Both generations of the game are awesome in so many different ways...

FALLOUT FANS UNITE!

Wow I really am rambling...

So I've been a 'console' player all my life so I'm new to this... But I'm enjoying it and will definitely try some other titles... Missing my PS3 online but I guess its good to try new things...

So anyway sorry about the rambling on and on and on... Nice to meet you all!

P.S. It is a right sausage fest on this site! lol :P

Weaping_Reaper: Hi I'm James
I like your hair!
Greeting,

I'm MG and I'm in my mid 20s. I grew up on very few PC games so my major memory was playing TIE Fighter and Rampart a lot as a kid. I also played Unreal Tournament as an adolescent in high school.

But I didn't become full time gamer until few years ago when I was exposing to online gaming world (Ruh roh). But I wasn't very comfortable with online gaming so I turn to GoG for old school classics.

I was able to experience many classic games that I wasn't able to do like Duke Nukem (as if my parents would let me, ha ha) and Baldur's Gate. It's hard to believe that the games in my account can literally break down my old PC.

It's truly privilege to have GoG to provide great contents that can run on modern OS so we can enjoy truly wonderful games.

No problem, and thanks! It actually isn't as heavy as you might imagine!

GameRager: Which do you think is more believable IYO? Cloud's buster sword or Barret's gatling gun arm which never runs out of ammo and causes no tissue/gun rejection symptoms?
t would have to be Cloud's buster sword... Make it from titanium for strength and part carbon for weight... :D

I don't know how Barret's arm works... I imagine it's really just a gooey, scarred stump and he slides those attachments on just like a prosthetic limb...

Then again how does Tifa have any balance if you know what I mean... I think her standing up yet alone fighting is the one in question don't you think? lol

I am a 33 year old male. I am married I have 4 children.I enjoy RPG's and I am beginning to enjoy more of the RTS games. I do play some console games, but I prefer mouse and keyboard when it comes to FPS games.I'll probably ass more to this as I figure out what else I wish to say about myself.
