Howdy. I'm Alastair, will be 38 in a few more days, and have been gaming since I first learned of that blessed C-64 in my early teens.
Hey, im a jedi bastard....
I must say im impressed with this site. Only thing I dont like, is the "slow" download speed.
Im DL with 1,5 MB/s while it should be my max, 2 MB/s. Other then that, this site rocks!
Hello, i'm mike
Hey, I am Absynthe, I am 20. I am a certified game reviewer from Romania, currently writing for Level, ComputerGames and PeoplePlay. I am absolutely thrilled with this site, as it quenches my nostalgic thirst for old games I grew up with. I love the pace in which this community is growing and everything you guys do to bring us together. Keep up the good work!
Well, as the alias says, "Old [with a] Gray Beard". ;-)
Always loved the involved, quest based types that the PC made possible. Sorry, FPS's didn't do much for me, as I'm too old to be a "twitcher". I'm dead meat in anything that demands fast, fast reflexes. :- If I ever get into something like that, you can bet my alias will be "DeadMeat", "SittingDuck" or "TargetPractice"!
I'm glad to find this site. Vastly superior to hoping to run across a used game somewhere! And beside, they like "Witcher"! :-D Awesome game!
As I've been gaming since before some of you were born (looks at Absynthe, and her OUTSTANDING avatar!), I'm thrilled to see some of the very best "reborn" here! Great work, GOG!! Keep it up!

I'm Zen. A friend referred me to this site and it kicks ass. I don't plan on posting much, though.
Hey all, I'm StalinsGhost, aka, Greg Wild.
I'd like to think some may recognise me from TheReticule.com where I write, though the site isn't that well known yet I suppose :D
Hello my name is Jon.I've found this great website and just love the concept of DRM free games.Over the past several years I had just about given up on PC gaming because of ruthless DRM methods.I refuse to be a pirate (because I don't steal).
Who would buy an audio CD,audio record (obsolete) or DVD if it worked on just one player or caused damage to that one player? Should all my games be thrown away if my PC goes belly up? Heck no.As a customer I don't like being treated as a criminal.
So far I have just purchased 1 game from you guys and I am very pleased.
I'll buy more from now on from this site.
Hi - I'm Joe, I'm 15 and I like games and music no teenager should.
I've been into Adventures since I was 6 or 7, and destroyed my mind when I played Broken Sword, developing a phobia of clowns.
I first played Monkey Island when I was 5 and I went on to play more involved adventures like BASS and Broken Sword, and I recently tried things like The Dig, Sam 'n' Max and more.
I am a devout Atheist, Explorer Scout and Geek. My future career probably lies in PC Repair or acting - it depends on how I get on really.
Hi.
I'm Kamil. I love this concept. Why?
Primo: I hate all those games with fancy DRM which causes more trouble for legal users than thives stealing someone's work.
Secundo: I love old games. They are more playable than new ones and has this "thing".
Something about me?
I'm from Poland and I love playing games. I'm also amateur photographer ;)
I hope this website will be ultimate source for old and really cheap games.
Ivan Carlos, from Brazil (São Paulo), and I come in gog.com during closed beta, invited by GOG.com itself =)
I was VALVe's Steam Core Team translator coordinator for years and actually I work with technology consulting in a public relations company.
I really love games. Old and new games. I love interactivity, networking, technology, and I fall of love the human beauty.
I have 26 yrs old, less older than almost all old games fan, but not different than all of other old games fan =)
See ya! - www.icarlos.net
Greeting from sunny Cyprus. My name is Phil I'm a PADI Scuba Instructor. The winter months see me gaming, hope to hear from you all regarding game-related issues. I'm here because Steam has shafted all us Europeans with their pricing policy, and also there are so many of my old favourites here! Regards.
Hi :)
I'm Paul from the UK (North West). I'm 23 years old and I've been gaming since I was about 7.
