011284mm: Maybe they ran out of DRM-local copies and all they are left with are the Steam keys(!?)
I suppose, but if the charity of choice is EFF one would assume that the dev would willingly supply some more DRM-free goodness, right...?

The-Business: Seems like they switched to activation on Steam. (And their charity is the Electronic Frontier Foundation.)
I got it an hour ago without noticing the change and I have the DRM-free downloads on my library. Maybe just a glitch?

Licurg: Bought .
The game looks good, but is it actually fun to play?

The trailer boasts "larger than GTA5" and that usually means boring, empty, procedurally generated terrain, where it is tedious to get from A to B. In my experience, a small team just can't develop anything that large in a detailed, well-balanced, and fun way.
This one looks promissing. I will consider it but i'm afraid DRM free updates will be neglected on IGS as usual.

It's still in Alpha, so it's too early too judge . Still, I've been keeping an eye on it for a while, and the price is worth the risk.
Current deal is Incredipede. DRM-Free for Windows/Mac plus Steam key.

"Follow a young Incredipede named Quozzle on a quest to rescue her sisters in this physics-based puzzle game.

Grow new arms and legs wherever Quozzle needs them, transforming into a snake, a spider, a horse, a monkey - anything you can imagine. You can give her antlers or a tail, use nature as a blueprint or strike out in weird new directions.

Control Quozzle as she learns to swing through the trees, climb sheer cliffs, dance over rivers of lava, and even soar through the air on thermal winds..."

Beat the average for Insectia (Prototype).
New deal is Data Hacker: Reboot. Steam-only for Windows.

"Time, Space and Parallel universes collapse and merge, tethered to threads of reality and sustained by a paradoxical power source. Nothing is impossible - it is time to become a Data Hacker.

The stage is set for a struggle that spans many Worlds and their people; a struggle that is bigger than any man, woman or child. Who knows what trials you will face, what adversity you will defy in your quest for the true meaning of existence?

Data Hacker: Reboot is a Japanese-styled role-playing game that will make you question the very definition and value of life, reality, love and loss. We will laugh. We will cry. We will be gratified..."

Beat the average for Data Hacker: Initiation and Data Hacker: Corruption.

Edit: penumbren reports: "All three also come with DRM-free downloads, and Corruption and Initiation also have Desura keys."

Hrm, disappointing that it's Steam only when the previous games from the same dev have been DRM-free.
