Phew, just made a long overdue update to the OP. Fell behind because of computer troubles and then couldn't be bothered but it's done now. Why the hell did I think it would be a good idea to keep a list of previously featured games?

Missing Gnomoria is my biggest IGS regret ( it was my birthday and I was mega-drunk for a few days) so if anybody doesn't want their Steam key, please let me know!

Yeah, I'm going to reiterate my belief that it's Organ Trail. You don't spread the infection in that game but...

Full Steam ahead - just released on Steam.
Epic sci-fi adventure - zombies are sci-fi and it's an "epic adventure" based on Oregon Trail.
Spread the infection - reinforces zombies.

I wish it were Organ Trail. It's probably gonna be SPAZ :(

If you check their PAX lineup, the only one they haven't featured on IGS yet is SPAZ.
