amok: I am not to impressed with the quality on offer in this bundle. I guess it is a good deal for the people who like this games, to me it is a bit to close to work to be fun. I was hoping for something different for a 'Sim' bundle, to be honest.
Bear in mind that for a pencil-pushing desk jockey like me, a truck simulator or a bus simulator is something very different ;-)
That being said, the quality is a bit lacking. If you're in the slightest but interested in truck simulators, you'd probably be better off saving your money and investing it in Euro Truck Simulator 2, which is better than ETS1 in every way. Bus Driver is fun in short bursts but the routes are far too short, there's no first-person perspective and no opportunity for customisation.
Thanks for the warning. That was one of the ones I had been looking at. Don't think Ill be bothering now. Limbo is the only one without DRM that I really want.

As far as I can tell, Merge are a bit of a shoddy publisher... =/
I guess that makes Indie Gala the perfect partners for them! :P
amok: Also, is this the first time bundles are giving away GG keys?
jamyskis: Possibly. I can only surmise that GG was feeling a bit left out with all the publicity Steam and Desura were getting with the Humble Bundles and Indie Royales. There's no other way to explain why GamersGate allowed itself to be associated with such a shitty bundle.
It's not necessarily a cooperation between GG and IndieGala. Developers can ask GamersGate for "Digital Codes" for their games, which can then be redeemed on GamersGate. It's up to the devs (or publishers) what they do with these codes. It's a nifty service actually and I'm surprised that I'm not seeing this more often.
Personally, I bought the bundle. Because 1) I want to support IndieGala for finally releasing a bundle that doesn't require Steam, 2) I'm actually curious whether those simulator games are really as bad as their reputation, I never played one, and 3) It was dirt cheap. :)
Hey look, they redesigned their page! Now it doesn't spill out of its boundaries. Also, I like this more minimalistic design better. Furthermore, they seem to have adjusted the BTA price - it is now indeed the average ($3.82). As for the bundle itself... I think these games are probably not as bad as their reputation claims them to be, just very specific/niche.
