RIP Humble. :/
Let's see if it's not broken don't fix it will turn out in later years. all I know is I own around 100 drm free games from the site but if they start to change things to be more just a steam key place or something then I will just stick with GOG Games till this place goes belly up.

Plus why IGN out of all things? Why not GOG, I can see GOG being a way better owner for Humble and way more effective due to the whole DRM thing and how Humble deals with it and steam at the same time. :/

Can I select a charity that sends crystals to disaster victims, and tarot readings for the homeless?

LOL, and I thought they couldn't sink any lower in my eyes...

PS: Yeah, "if it's not broken, don't fix it" indeed... until IGN starts feeling that Humble's operating costs are too high and they should start cutting some corners. The next thing you know, they aren't hosting DRM-free downloads any more. Hope I'm wrong...
RIP old friend, you will always be remembered!!!

(Also what Doc0075 posted as well)

All jokes aside,, I'm not necessarily comfortable with this news in regards to the future of Humble. While I have no axe to grind with IGN (just don't care for them as it is), we know changes will occur somewhere down the line. I have a good number of DRM-free games on Humble (started there right before starting here I believe) so I hope they don't start bringing out some unnecessary changes that influence content users already "own" through their storefront.
Humble Bundle is done.
There goes the planet.
The End
Expect more console bundles and less good indie games, and more shitty bundles with games like Gone Home.
How does IGN even manage to have that much cash on them? I thought all these gaming news sites were unable to generate good revenue streams (especially the ad revenues coming down in recent years)
