Everyone seems pretty mature around here, TheEnigmaticT is prompt in answering questions and keeping users up to date on stuff, decent discussions, etc. I'm just... amazed at how cool to each other everyone is here. Maybe I'm visiting the wrong forums but I almost NEVER see this in gaming communities.

Dang site is like a gift from the gaming gods...

Some of us (including myself) can be anuses at times (thou shalt not question GOG :P), but overall I too think this is a pretty cool place. Glad you like it here, too!

I'm pretty sure the average level of maturity (and, most likely, age) here is higher than in other game-focused places. Might have something to do with the age of the games themselves.

Yep, that was my reaction as well when I joined here. :) Well, I don't usually hate online gaming communities, but there are some types of behavior that I find hard to bear, but that seem to be typical for many other communities, so I very much enjoy their absence on GOG. :)

Tell me about it. I came here in March, I saw the good mood and decided to stay. It is even more surprising when one considers that the forum has no official moderators (although GOG staff acts as this sometimes).

Most of the users here are 20-25+ and over at age...so I guess it's normal people act this way :)

It is a deffo one of the best gaming communities around the web so far :)
