JMich: By the way, shouldn't there be 7 free games?

Licurg: I think there's... 8?
There are now 9.

Elenarie: I count 15.
Well, everyone gets 9; some have gotten more if they were long-time members. ;)

Hm. Tex Murphy, Jagged Alliance Deadly Games, Broken Sword, Fallout...

There were a few other you could score in more limited offerings, but I think those are the major ones.

keeveek: Sorry man, it's hard for me to stand any more "I bought something so I am entitled to free shit from you" bullshit on this site, anymore.

It's too often here, especially when GOG does give you free shit. Like some other folks said, there were people complaining about free Fallout here.

And I'm not a polite person in general, when it comes to words.
GOG doesn't have any obligation to gives games for free or gives away bonus redeem codes of course ... so I'm not entitled to have anything from them, doesn't matter how many games I have bought.
I was just thinking to a little token of appreciation for who has bought many games ...but they are not required to do that and I'll continue to buy games from them anyway.
As I told above, it is absurd to complain about a free game ,,, if I won't like it I won't play it without blaming GIG for that but being grateful for the gift,

Then I guess I haven't missed any. Empire Earth was also offered for 0 coins at one time, if memory serves me right.

Thanks for the reply.

rsitaly: Hello!

I have bought 88 games here ,,, my account reports 94 games but 6 were free ... and i'm sure many have bought more games than me ,,, no free bonus for us good customers? for example a bonus to redeem in the next purchase?

Oh, yeah. Empire Earth. So that's 16 total. I keep forgetting that one because I'm absolute rubbish at RTS games. :P

That it was and some of my friends somehow managed to miss it despite me telling them about it.

Then, I invite them over to play some EE 1 over LAN, they tell me it's a great game and begrudge me for not giving them a free copy (I'm a sticker for copyrights, they aren't).

In a similar vein, one of my friends didn't get Fallout when I told him, because he had a hard-copy, but then his bro accidentally smashed his CD.

That's the human condition for you.

But before Jan 2010 as I missed it...
So maybe I first registered because they were giving away Tex Murphy in Dec 2009? It makes sense ;-)

Bloodygoodgames: They are also a much bigger company than GOG.
Actually...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamersgate

If wikipedia is to be believed, they are a lot smaller. And just compare their wikipedia site with GOGs wikipedia site.

I'm not sure if GG really is bigger ...
