The song itself is magnificent, unfortunately the animator completely missed the point, so we got some wonderful nightmare fuel at around 0:46.

Not necessarily lullabies, but Blind Melon's second album, Soup, had several songs that could be considered dark or disturbing. For anyone who has not listened to the album, please do so. I highly recommend it! They are not the group everyone knows from "No Rain".
