Has anyone else noticed that if there is a reply to your post, all the reputation points are 0 ? Or is it just when question is answered? I noticed that when - for some reason - my post clicked to be the answer for the question and there was 0 reputation on every account...

Actually, older posts don't update their avatar OR their reputation points. Or anything else for that matter. Once a post is posted, the person's profile stays as is.
In other words, your reputation points haven't changed. And your other posts are wrong in their rep points.
