LoboBlanco: Level 40?!

I wonder for how long you have to be glued to the computer to get to level 40 since the open beta.
You're forgetting that there was a closed beta way before the open beta! :)
Besides, with the party xp boost + 1 week boost from one of the level tiers you can level up fast.
By the way, I´ve found it to be a fun game, though, as always the common bad denominator is.....................people (well if you can call some of those spawns people). Found out the most enjoyable matches are the ones where nobody open their mouth. I guess multiplayer shows the true self of everyone.

I hope here at gog we may be able to make a "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" group, invitation only :D.
I'll be honest, i had some bad apples in some of the games but only today during my first Hero league match (ranked) i got this really toxic player on my team always shitting on one of the players when he was the one screwing up, i had to mute him (+ report) so that i could focus in the game.
And i still remember a few days ago there was this kid calling everyone noob and yet he was the one that started to spam pings because i was not moving... i was abathur....

But yeah, it's more enjoyable as a team since you need coordination from the team and the random matchmaking can make some weird team comps vs REALLY STRONG team comps.

About 100 hours of playing but you can reach it earlier with stimpacks and playing with a friend in a team.

About that gold - you can also level up your heroes (500 gold for lev 5), replay tutorial, but mostly matches - 4 matches = 2 hours of playing = 80-120 gold. Also don't buy heroes at launch, they cost 15k at the beginning but after 2-3 weeks the price drops to 10k.

rodrolliv: I received a key from Zeffyr two months ago for the closed one and I'm lvl 28 :S Also I've never activated the chat, I can imagine what I'd get. :)
Ohh well, that explains it :P I just played for a few days.
I would close the chat but I would miss the chance to get directions when normal people have plans, warnings or targets to go for and they are waiting to respawn while chatting.
Though sometimes you can´t just avoid the trolls.

Well, that´s exactly the kind of punks I was referring to. Didn´t knew you could report them from the chat, I´ll try and do that next time.
Used to happen when I played L4D2 but the difference is that my team were al friends of mine, and we are kinda................troll eaters ;P

I just have Raynor, Malfurion and Valla so I can fulfill quests for each game character and get the gold, plus since I was learning I just started with the cheaper and "easy" tagged ones.
I got the hang of both Raynor and Malfurion but not with Valla, tried Lilli and the rocking minotaur and got the hang of them from the get go, so I guess I´ll add the minotaur to have a melee warrior in my ranged team :P

I was hopping that reaching level 40 would unlock more quests or something like that, it gets a bit boring to grind for money and playing the same heroes everytime, guess it's to be expected from a f2p moba...
I think that Dota 2 does that better and even Smite is cool about it (30€ if im not mistaken and you can have all the champs that was and will be released).

Press tab (or whatever key you have for the scoreboard) and on the right side of the xp contribution of each team member you will see a small icon, click on it and you can mute them or report.

You have to develop a thick skin when playing mobas (well, to be honest, also any popular multiplayer game), just mute those making all the noise and work with the rest of the team.

There is a weekly rotation of free to play heroes so you can try new ones each week :-) On level 30 you get access to the Hero League and that's the incentive to buy new heroes for - you have to pick a hero which your team needs the most.
