Man, why didn't you say that it's abou the size in the thread title? I skipped this thread because I don't know crap about screens. I CAN use a ruler, though. Well, more or less.

Anyway, incidentally I have two widescreens here, measured both of them. And incidentally I have a measuring tape with both metric and imperial units! Yay! So without further ado:

27" 16:9 screen:
13.5 in, 35 cm

28" 16:10 screen:
14.75 in, 37.7 cm

So yeah, I can confirm Navagon's number.
