Like most online support forums, it no one but your fellow customers and the occasional troll here. There's little to no staff involvement here.

GoG staff is over here: https://support.gog.com/hc

There's a section of the website where you can make your suggestion. I don;t see it mentioned previously but you may have better luck on finding a previous one:

https://www.gog.com/wishlist/site

Hope this helps

Do you have this just sitting in a notepad on your desktop, or did you write an algorithm that finds suspected "GOG help" topics and auto posts this?
I wouldn't be surprised - they were advertising for Japanese-speaking support staff a while back - but generally the first we hear about a new language for gog.com is when it goes live.

FTFY.

It looks like they just have the single person:

And I don;t see any open positions:

Thanks for the advice :)
I'm just surprised that Galaxy is available in japanese. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought PC gaming is just not a thing in Japan, other than maybe MMOs.

The staff list returns only a single match for 'Chinese' too, though they're apparently advertising for a country lead.

I would be surprised if that wasn't the case. I;d be eyeing the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds numbers and wondering how they could get a share of that in I were in their shoes.
easy, easy, gog staff isn't finished with adding bugs to the japanese translation before it gets a part of gog. there are certain quality requierements, like a minimum of 500 bugs for every gog "expansion".

This has changed a bit over the last years. PC is still not the biggest market, but a few PC-only titles (MMOs iirc) have been pretty successful in Japan. That's also a reason why more Japanese console titles are ported to PC.

What I also find interesting is that a lot of "H" games which are exclusive to Japan are PC-only (some are now ported to VR consoles though), and a few of those are pretty demanding regarding hardware. So there must be a solid base of gamer PCs in Japan.
