wpegg: I recently firebombed lucasarts offices and posted a letter to them later saying "That was for GOG, now give us Grim Fandango you fuckers". Then I kidnapped the daughter of one of the Microsoft gaming execs, and only released her when he promised to consider GOG as a sales platform for their games (I kept a finger, for insurance).

I also stormed into Ubisoft's offices and kicked the crap out of their staff. Then I realised they've got a load of games on GOG already. Then I continued for a bit, because they're UbiSoft.

All in all, a positive weeks campaigning. Just doing my bit to help the cause!

Barry_Woodward: I tweeted Al Lowe:
This is real shame.

Could you ask him about Freddy Pharkas game? (not sure if he has rights, but he made it)
I tweeted the La-Mulana team:

@LaMulana Will you be releasing La-Mulana on GOG.com?

They responded:

@Barry_Woodward Selling La-Mulana at various distributors is under consideration. GOG is important. But vote La-Mulana at Greenlight.

La-Mulana is one of the greatest Metroidvanias ever! Watch this trailer:

I wonder if guys at Heuristic Park have rights to Wizards & Warriors.
For another Japanese game, I did a little searching: http://www.carpefulgur.com/forum/index.php?topic=2181.0
Been givin' it some thought, not gonna lie, since I do love the shit out of GOG and their attitudes on DRM and the like match ours perfectly. We aren't quite ready for a permanent price drop on Rec yet, and deffo not on our other titles, though, so I dunno if GOG would want to play ball at the "base $20" range.

We will see, though.
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale
I twitted Oddworld Inhabitants some months ago to know why Munch's Oddysee is present on every dd service on the world except GOG. This is their answer. (yeah, I only want to buy it here to keep the collection together in one place. Thank you OCD.)

I tweeted Brian Fargo about releasing Wasteland 2 on GOG, but he hasn't responded... so yeah. >.>
Yeah sadly Al doesn't have the rights to the older games only the rights to make a new game using the IP while the classics or at least the Leisure Suit Larry IP anyway are in the hands of Codemasters and it's also possible that Activision owns the actual originals much like how Brian Fargo owns the IP for Wasteland but EA owns the actual original Wasteland

I've contacted XSEED about the Ys games, Vap Games about Intrusion 2, Sigma Team about more of their titles, THQ, Raven Software, Activision, Lexis-Numerique about Flashback and Fade to Black, NIS America about Cladun x2 and future releases, and probably a few others I've forgotten about. Only heard back from XSEED and NIS America. XSEED would like to come to GOG and NISA dodged the question. But I did see that Intrusion 2 is coming to Steam

The creator of the 3D Catacombs series (ones of the very first FPSs) and owner of the source code started a kickstarter about porting the series to Iphone and I asked him about selling the original MS-DOS ones in GOG and he answered me today, they just reached a agreement with GOG and soon we will able to buy the games here.

Nice, nice indeed.

That's awesome. Who was it that you contacted? A few other people and I have been trying to track down the source code for the the games leading to Wolf3D and its derivatives.

Never mind, I see it. I've been in contact with Richard Mandel, too. I did not know he had rights to the source code of the game... interesting.
