Good point--Caesar was suspect & cleared by SPF, we should remember this.

The reason I strongly support GR as town is that he has claimed to be cop and the real cop has not counterclaimed. Also, he has attacked real scum long before scum would. This also gives you town points. It wasn't that I did not really believe Flocke's claim, more of a somebody had to be taken to lunch, and I didn't want it to be me.
I have you, Carradice, as nearly 100% town, but as you have not yet claimed a townrole the minor slender possibility exists that you are not town. However, you are correct in that this is something to be returned to later if we run out of other suspects, not brought out now.

Also, I have cleared Agent because of GR's results. You are right that I unfairly targeted you when i didn't question Lift. The only reason to bring it up at all was incase GR was misled. However, the things you have brought up make it nearly crystal clear that.
The "Are you a GF" bit was barely to see if you would rattle when i asked that, but it was mostly meant as a joke, but not properly delineated as such, and you could not see the smile with which I typed it. Apologies.

Add to that I kept asking in some posts who the town cop(i.e. me) should investigate(to get ideas from and reads on other players), or who I thought the town cop should look into(so that fellow town that got my hints would know who I suspected at the time).

Re the crumbs: Ah, thanks. I got some of it, but not the rest, or at least not enough to know what you were claiming. Your "monocular" bit I thought to be flavor, where your suspicions lay, or you were a watcher, not as much cop, per se.

Note that 75% of potential setups for C9++ games include a GF for scum.

I dunno, tbh....I am not much into the more "technical" side of the game such as that sort of thing.

The number of them(two) was showing how I had two investigations left &the names mentioned showed who I might use them on, and was posted after the first "night" was over.

I hoped some fellow town would be able to connect the dots with that & OP's starting post of that "day" about an investigation having occurred during the previous "night", and if not I planned to save it for if I needed it to make a claim/prove myself to other town :)

That was intentional...I tried to post such to maybe hint at my PR to fellow town while also making it not too obvious to scum/other parties.

What is Carradice's argument? Can you summarise it for me?

Because I wrote a vote, and then started writing out some analysis and by the time I went to post my vote the wagon had doubled (as I understood it, actually it had grown by 2/5, but I had missed carradice's vote.
I thought I understood what gamerager was getting at with his 101%, but I hadn't read his whole post (sorry gamerager) so I hadn't realised how obvious he was being. I wasn't expecting Yogsloth to self vote and I didn't understand what he meant. When I don't understand why something is, I question it, doubt myself, experience feelings of sudden dread etc.

How do you explain my panicking from scum-Joe? I went to place the third vote on my buddy's wagon, and then panicked when it looked like he might be lynched?
Why are you surprised by Joe panicking? I believe we have played games together before.

As I understand it, Carradice's argument against me is:

1 - I have been obsessed with Carradice, which is an attempt to mud the waters by drawing suspicion onto somebody who ought to be above suspicion - it's not true. I have considered the possibility that Carradice is scum, and asked Carradice a lot of questions.

Turns out Carradice has been deliberately ignoring my questions, and reading it as obsession when I ask more questions.

2 - My posts are like SirPrimalform's. I don't think this is true either, but it's such a vague statement that it's difficult to argue with.

This is Carradice at the beginning of Day 4:

A little later, after I had made One Post, this is Carradice's read:

So something changed in the post I have linked to above, to make me read like SirP, and not feel especially town.

I have trent firmly in the Town camp, based mostly on gut. I'm not voting for GR, Carradice, or Micro; I consider them cleared. Willing to vote Joe, but I don't think his panic is a good reason.

If the connection is not very slow, more posts per page avoids some of the hassle of changing pages. If the connection is slow, it might take longer to load.
