I'm IN! Thanks for the giveaway!
Was in....but count me out.....Just noticed steam has the Gothic Universe: 1,2, and 3 on sale for the same price as one of the games on here.....so i picked it up. I always put gog before steam....but in this case i could not pass it up. Thanks for the give away. Hopefully GOG will stop trying to force people to buy single games or enhanced editions ( baldurs gate: lookin at you!) and start being practical,t give the people what they want!!! FREEDOM! lol

Rancid5: FREEDOM!
I'm afraid freedom is not exactly what you'll get from Steam :)
Moreover 3,99€ is about 4,70$ and Gothic is here for 5,96$, as far as I remember. It's not a big difference.

I like bundles on GOG. Buying the whole package usually brings me games I want for better price than usual and I also get some additional games I'd not buy, but I may try someday.

The same is with Gothic 3: Forsaken Gods. People are angry that GOG's bundle contains the game (Steam's does not), because it's crap. I don't know. I haven't played it yet. But I've found review by Feroi, which made me want to check that game myself:

From unplayable game to decent one
The original release of the game was a total disaster, which I believe explains the numerous 1/5 notes from GOG members. However the Enhanced Edition (EE) has been completely rewritten by people issued from the Community. They re-introduced a little bit of Gothic spirit, solved all the bugs (a feat in itself) and enhanced the graphics.
However, don't expect the result to be a completely Gothic-like game because of course they could not change the story line. But it is now a decent game. If you have not played Gothic I, II or III, play them first. Otherwise, give Forsaken God a try.
I found it a little bit over priced, though: $5.00 would be more appropriate.

Wow! I never thought I'd win this giveaway. Thanks a lot Melvinica for the giveaway!

I guess I have a new whole series of RPG:s in front of me to experience. I admire the genre, it is my cup of tea, really. Furthermore, this will reminice me of my RPG-imprinted youth (Morrowind, Fable, Two worlds, Neverwinter Nights, KOTOR etc) and allow me to expand this domain further. Thanks again Melvinica!

I shall commence playing the first one this afternoon with some nice snacks (it is saturday after all!).
