The "Valid indefinitely" could be a little worrying, but knowing GOG, they probably put it there to stop people asking if they expire :P
Don't you guys know? GOG.com introduces new EULA that says literally that trading gift codes = ban

Oh, that was that other store...

btw. it makes annual Gog secret santa not so secret anymore... Unless there's an option to make gift anonymous?

It's easy to make a gift anonymous. Gift it to noone@example.com. You'll still get your email with the key, and example.com is a reserved address that won't get the email. Then we all just set up an anon account to send prizes from.

I can recommend that someone puts up a feature wishlist item for anonymous gifting :D

No, quite the opposite, actually. I was recommending using the Features wishlist for you guys as an official channel :D It's a lot easier to keep track of y'all's requests if all the official channels we provide are used because forum posts tend to get buried after a while :D

edit: I'll admit that I may have worded my earlier statement rather incorrectly since it doesn't appear to convey what I had in mind :D

If I understand it correctly, the gift now carries information on who actually made the purchase. Doesn't matter where you send it to.

To be truly anonymous, everyone would have to buy the gifts from the same account. That would get very messy very quickly.

That could be problematic. Right well, no more anon gifts from me for you kids! I don't send any, so it doesn't really matter.
