Someone asked this question just a few days ago about Steam keys from Indie Gala and Humble Bundle. My long answer is here:

The short answer is they shouldn't expire wherever they are from (from a bundle site or a legit store), unless those keys where part of a free promo. Usually those free codes have an expiration date, but you're told about that when you get those type of keys.
