I've already missed Carmageddon Max Pack three times while it was in flash sale.. Would anyone be willing to trade it for something else similarly priced (Hotline Miami for example) game on the flash sales?

Carmageddon Max Pack was given away for free not so long ago. Ask for it in the linked thread, maybe someone still has got a spare for you: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/the_gog_community_gifting_thread
If you trade for it, don't pay too much, because as a freebie it has rather low trade value. An equally priced game at 80% discount should be the absolute maximum.

I'm fairly sure the Carmageddon Max Pack promo codes that were handed out on Reddit last year would have expired by now. I think they only lasted until the end of October this year iirc. Correct me if I'm wrong. If I am, chances are slim that they'd be valid for much longer anyway.
