This FandB is a scammer account written all over it.
People have been scammed in exactly same way past.
No matter how good this account offer is DON'T SEND YOUR CODES.
Atleast not first since it's a new account without any trade history.

Once you send your code this guy will say he didn't receive any mail from you.
