It's actually for a post on the previous page (if you're viewing 20 posts per page). However, GOG's forum post linking breaks when posts within a thread are deleted, so sometimes links to posts will send you to the wrong page.

I did not belived i will catch the day when a person with rep over 1300 to be so cheap and scum in a trade. But it looks like everything is possible. I will wait to be 24 h since i keeped my part of the deal, after i will put his name on my trade list at ”Scammed by”. Still. i hope that will not be necessary...

It may actually be someone impersonating the "Good" member.

Better double check the Chat ID very closely to see if it's identical
