You have to put in your credit card info every time you purchase GOGs.

It has no wallet system and doesn't save payments/billing. You should just make a Paypal account which does that and it'll go a lot easier. :P

this isn't googleplay store.

here you go!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/category/GAME?hl=en
We've had a small discussion about storing payment info earlier this week:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/save_credit_card_data/page1

You'll find the pros and cons in there.

In short:
Not storing payment info means no risk of abuse in case your account gets compromised (see recent reports of hacked accounts).
in THEORY,if you don't trust your banks for some reason(they do use outdated technology), having a middle-man deal with the payments online should be ... well maybe... safer.

it's not like scammer don't create fake internet banking websites of popular banks. "phishing" crimes have been around for a long while now.
Technically, you can add funds to your "GOG wallet", but it costs a little bit more than the funds you're adding. First, you'll have to go to a country where the regional price is as high as possible (since the US of A doesn't count -- I would guess Australia or New Zealand are the best bets, European countries work as well, but you probably won't get as much credit from there as from Down-under or Middle Earth), then you purchase any game which is regionally priced and gives store credit (I don't know if different games give different percentages as credit, they shouldn't, but there may be small differences, I suggest you compare the whole catalogue for the best ROI). And you continue purchasing it, not using any of your accumulated store credit in said purchases, until you have as much credit as you want to have.

There you go, easy as pie.

I think I'll use GOG wallet as a buffer fund to avoid missing wishlisted titles on good sale discount towards the end of pay period as I'm sick of the whole "sale ends in <24 hours and don't get paid for another few days.
