GymHenson: Did you do any crumbing of name/house/etc in game? If so, where?

Also if not, and for completeness sake: would you also be willing to(if it's allowed by OP) claim name as well?
No crumbling, as I don't really see the point with a vanilla role.

Happy to name claim of that's allowed.
avatar
blotunga: Alas I'm town, I have not much to claim. Actually I do have to claim I'm an idiot. Trent's house is the same as mine, Ravenclaw, and I just glanced over it, not even giving it a thought. In hindsight I should've not voted him after seeing that, but it's been a busy period, lots of fatigue accumulated, thus I piled mistakes on mistakes. Likely it's going to cost me. Anyway, I'm just a plain old vanilla, just as Trent was.
If you could answer the questions in Post 705 before deadline, if you're here, it would be a big help.

(So I know what to do next re: voting)

Also please list your 3 biggest suspects atm as well, in case someone hammers you or I have to to make sure we get a lynch, and you flip town.

++++++++++

@Dedo: You said it....my thoughts exactly.

If I hammer Blotunga and they flip town i'll be pissed, and if I don't and they're scum (and I find out later) i'll also be pissed.

nmillar: Happy to name claim of that's allowed.
Please do. Name claim is explicitly allowed in the rules.
avatar
ZFR: 11. Please do not directly quote your role PM or any other communication with me. You may post your Name (and House) and Role
I've been isoing blotunga and nmillar.
Trying to figure out what I make of blotunga's voting and reads on trent and nmillar. No particular conclusions yet, but maybe interesting for others:
avatar
blotunga: This rubs me in all the wrong places in a wrong way. I don't think that scum!trent would try to divert attention so early from a scumbuddy, but why would town trent say this? Masons? Or is it scum!tren trying to buddy up. Still, it would be too early for a shrewd player like him. Anyway, not much else going on from what I see.
avatar
blotunga: I still don't like the trent - gogtrial dynamic
avatar
blotunga: I am quite undecided about whom to vote, but pressure is good so let's pile some.

vote nmillar

Yes, I'm aware I'm third, but at the moment I have no better ideas to get out of this stalemate.
avatar
blotunga: I still feel something weird about his statement, and with the dynamic I just meant that, not much else.
avatar
blotunga: While still I feel a bit odd about his statement about you, at the moment I see nothing wrong with trent.
My nmillar vote was more or less a way to get things moving, as we were moving in circles and he was at that time more appropriate than other options.
avatar
blotunga: 4. trentonlf - why would trent blunder with gogtrial? Did he blunder? I wouldn't for sure firmly town-read anyone on D1 except if he came out and claimed Mason/Innocent Child. Willing to lynch, interesting gambit on offering himself for lynch. Are there Mafia roles like the Fool in Werewolf?
...
7. nmillar - hard to read as always. I've scumread him in the past and he wasn't. Would lynch if no other ideas.
avatar
blotunga: If he so much desires to see how it is to be lunched D1, maybe we should do the honors? I've seen him bluff enough times.

votus trentus

To make it official: Op, can NMillar and anyone claim full name or partial name?

Yes, Rule 11 explicitly allows it.

Also, check rule 22.

EDIT: ;)

@blotunga: could you clarify your thought process to go from "rubs me in all the wrong places" to "I see nothing wrong with trent." back to "votus trent".
Specifically interested in how you meant "I see nothing wrong".
Also name-claim from you, please.
avatar
ZFR: Also, check rule 22.
I did read them.....apologies, but I forget some things due to memory problems due to physical issues IRL....and that sadly can sometimes include game rules.

(Though I try my best to remember them as best I can)
Okay, I'm Jane Hollis, vanilla Slytherin.
avatar
blotunga: It should've given me more credibility. I already had (i think) dedo's claim of slytherine. So someone else from the same house should've rang at least some bells.
avatar
dedoporno: But why? You said that houses likely don't mean anything and scum can lie about them.
Agreed. But trent was vanilla town, I am also vanilla town, we are both ravenclaw. So maybe they might mean something. I made the connection late.
Replied to Gogtrial and Nmillar:

gogtrial34987: Also name-claim from you, please.
Already asked for this info.....twice.

But I guess it can't hurt to ask him it again. :)

nmillar: Okay, I'm Jane Hollis, vanilla Slytherin.
Hmm, this seems a bit similar to the structure of my own name.

What to do....my gut says to lean NMillar a bit more town because of this, and maybe vote Blotunga(and resume on Nmillar tomorrow if need be), but then it could all be a clever scum!NMillar trick.
@blotunga, you seem to be here.

Care to share your name?

blotunga: Agreed. But trent was vanilla town, I am also vanilla town, we are both ravenclaw. So maybe they might mean something. I made the connection late.
Quick questions while yer here: I would appreciate answers to post 705's questions, so I can decide whether to hammer you or not, and how to move forward in other ways.

Are you a student?
Back.

my name is magike catte: It might look last minute, but I said yesterday that I would vote for Blotunga (if nothing changed) and why, I just didn't place the actual vote until today (because nothing had changed).
avatar
GymHenson: Sorry if it seemed I was/am nagging on ya...still, it is still technically last minute.....4 hours to go doesn't give us much time to change course if needed(or get claims from those with wagons voting them).
Well as I said, I effectively stated my intention yesterday. You can safely treat it as if I had voted yesterday and placing my vote today was simply confirmation that my view hadn't changed.

avatar
GymHenson: By you and Catte and others delaying your votes, it makes it harder to change course if we have to....get what i'm saying?
Not really, in my case at least. If I had actually placed the vote yesterday I don't see how it would be easier to change course now.
