Also, I would like to say to everyone but mostly to gogtrial - everything I did and said (besides some slight twisting and misrepresentation of facts) was completely true to the extent of what the game would allow me without basically coming out.

For pretty much the whole game I played exactly like I would have if I was Town. Every mistake I ever did wasn't for the lack of paying attention - I read that damn rule page tens of times and I still managed to misunderstand how the game works :D

When I did that push on Flub I was so sure I got a free win right then and there simply because it was really a crushing week and I was running on fumes, so I misremembered the game rules and saw an opportunity that wasn't really there. My explanation was indeed a contingency in case people didn't buy it but I honestly didn't think I'd need to rely on it.

Thanks to everyone who chatted with me in PM. It was real fun to exchange observations. Again apologies for my curt replies to those who were still in the game; I didn't want to accidentally give away anything but I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on the game.

I have to say I really like the C9++ setup. Trying to figure out the letters and the setup from bits and pieces of available knowledge is pretty fun. I suppose other semi-open setups are like that.

Well done dedo and Pooka! I was of course rooting for you the entire time, both secretly in the observer thread and openly in PM with ZFR!

There were a couple of points today where I was sure you'd blown it, but you pulled it back expertly.

Thanks for running it and being there for me to discuss the game openly! I also enjoy that aspect of C9++, it's a nice compromise between the usual open and closed setups and captures aspects I like about both.
