Eador: Masters of the Broken World

Outdated version 1.4.3.

The newest version is 1.4.4 (available on Steam since June 19th).
Mutant Mudds - it looks like GOG version is NOT the deluxe edition. The game should be added to the list.
Eador, VVVVVV - Are these updates fresh? Maybe you should give some time first? However, if time passes (at least few weeks) and the update is not present on GOG, but it adds new content and/or fixes major bugs, then the game should be added to the list.

gamebin: *Dark Reign - Missing the "Dark Reign: Battles of the Outer Rim" expansion.
That was an unofficial expansion, AFAIK.
Removed games section needs to be updated - Guilty Gear Isuka, Original War and all Arma games are no longer available.

True, someone should hijack this thread and continue the valuable work started :)
Is King's Quest VI still not the special (Windows CDROM) edition? It's runnable through ScummVM nowadays.
The CD version of King's Quest V has no text-only mode and only contains lo-fi digital music for many (if not all) cutscenes, it also contains copy protection (included yet unneeded in the KQC manual). The disk version has full text (obviously) and a full MIDI soundtrack, which is nice for those who have an MT-32 and/or MUNT. The disk version of King's Quest VI also has a different colour interface (yellow instead of pinkish), but I don't think that's worth inclusion. The floppy version of Space Quest IV also has superior backgrounds (though this is subjective), but also has slightly alternate scripted sequences (like the robot on the surface of Xenon in SQ12 which doesn't show up randomly in the disk version but does all too often in the CD version), as well as the copy protection (not included in the SQC manual).

There are also EGA versions of these Sierra adventures out there for those who only had Tandy machines back in the day or simply no VGA graphics cards. They could send in their disks and Sierra would send them back EGA equivalents:

King's Quest V (disk)
Space Quest I Remake
Space Quest IV (disk)
Police Quest 3
Leisure Suit Larry 5
Leisure Suit Larry 1 Remake

I don't know if these are required, they'd just be neat to have.
