Take him out in the third person and buy you three
Hi,
I searched but can't find the topic on forum. If you find any please transfer.

My question is: Can I add games to GOG? For example, I have Witcher I box version from times of premiere adn also received as gift on steam. Can I add this game to my GOG games?

Usually the answer to this question is no, but the Witcher is an exception to this rule. If you have the retail version of The Witcher I or II (III already came with a GOG key out of the box) you can add it to your account by entering your CD-Key on this page:

Ok, so Tweetie birds have me foaming at the mouth in anticipation for Galaxy 2.0 alpha now. I've blown the dust off of my Mantis login and pinned the page in a Firefox tab.

Feet planted firmly on the ground.

Lets rock and roll GOG.

Come on GOG, let's get this party started.
Every time a forum page opens/reloads in the Galaxy client, it tries to open a web page. That is NOT ok. Especially since the page it's trying to open (https://www.facebook.com/connect/ping?ancestor_origins=file%3A%2F%2F&client_id=&domain=embed.gog.com&origin=1&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fstaticxx.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Fxd_arbiter.php%3Fversion%3D44%23cb%3Df371561c2402154%26domain%3Dembed.gog.com%26origin%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fembed.gog.com%252Ff146ca9d64f6044%26relation%3Dparent&response_type=token%2Csigned_request&sdk=joey) does not exist, and is extra especially not ok since it opens a new tab every single time - I now have 5 of them open!

Please make this 'feature' able to be disabled, or at least fix it to use the same tab.
I *WAS* here to report on an issue that I've been running into for some time now, regarding the changelog feature. But before I'll go into that, I'm seeing a new issue here:

EVERY TIME I open ANY forum page in the Galaxy Client, some page is opened in my browser, saying

"Invalid App ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID."
The address is exactly the same as what member "Cybes" reported in the post just above this.

This is a new development and it is not good! I never gave GOG permission to log into Facebook on my account, and I'm NOT having it. I would thank you in advance for soon fixing this :)

But now the Changelog issue that I came here for in the first place.

Today I recieved a notification about an update being available for Titan Quest Anniversary Edition. It goes from version 2.6 to 2.7. So far, that's not a problem. But what IS a problem in my humble opinion, is that I cannot find ANY information about what this update does. Heck, I cannot even see the changelog for 2.6 yet, because the latest info available only mentions version 2.5a!!!

Now I really appreciate all that you GOG guys do, truly! But I'm sorry to say that you ARE slipping here. The Changelog feature should show me the data on the latest update, even BEFORE I install that update! It should most definitely NOT lag two versions behind!

They had a hotfix for that in the changelog a few versions back. I guess they need to stick it in the microwave and reheat it.
Why the fuck does Galaxy ask me to inpup my password and the 5 digit code when I try to add a game to my wishlist?
I'm already logged, it let's me do anything without asking me to log in, except adding something to my wishlist.
Gog galaxy keeps opening the browser with the followind link:
facebook.com/connect/ping?ancestor_origins=file%3A%2F%2F&client_id=&domain=embed.gog.com&origin=1& amp;redirect_uri =https%3A%2F%2Fstaticxx.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Fxd_arbiter.php%3Fversion%3D44%23cb%3Df2e5d71a7c94134%26domain %3Dembed.gog.com%26origin%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fembed.gog.com%252Ff19cd60285c7fc%26relation%3Dparent&respo nse_ type=token%2Csigned_request&sdk=joey
the hell with that?

Unbelievable. Actually it is the THIRD time (and yes, it happens to me as well) they managed to screw this up.

Since the redirect leads to facebook I guess it has to do with the same issue that is posted above.

As you can see, GOG decided to restart the facebook party as well ;)

Welp, I opened a ticket on GOG support thinking it was an issue on my end only, before checking here.

I'm getting the same issue from opening forums and whatnot, except that I do NOT have a fb account to begin with.

Hope this will be fixed soon enough, as I can't stand to have my browser opened each time I'm using galaxy for checking some threads and whatnot.
Here another one with the Facebook thing

MarkoH01: Thank you and yes, it is Interesting. Apparently you also use Win7/64.
Just to confirm, yes I'm a Windows 7 64 user (sorry for the late answer!)

Same Thing Here!
Invalid App ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID.

Anyone else getting this message whenever they use galaxy client's web pages?

EDIT: Oops, I guess you guys did, should have read the thread first!
