2. For remaining GOG game INSTALLATIONS
Find the game in the Library (click on the image of the game), then click the More button and select "Manage Installation" -> "Import folder" and point the folder selector into the folder where that game is installed.

Geralt_of_Rivia: You are mistaken. Galaxy uses CEF (Chromium Embedded Framework) so it does have its own browser code.
I stand corrected, and good to know. Thank you. Last time I checked, which was admittedly at least a couple of years ago, the Galaxy client was still taking the easy way out. I'll cross "uses IE" off my list of reasons not to use Galaxy and replace it with "find out whether CEF collects and sends any data back to the Google mothership."
Is it possible to install games multiple times on a PC. Sounds nuts I know but this is the situation I find myself in...let me explain...

I currently have Fallout 3 installed and modded based on Gamer Poets 'My Way' tutorials, I also have Fallout New Vegas also installed and modded for the New California mod.

Now here's the twist, Tale of Two Wastelands has updated and I want to install that too - BUT TTW requires clean installs of both Fallout 3 and Fallout NV - unmodded

So I can not use my existing installs to install TTW...thus I need new installs...

It certainly does. There are even unofficial patches (I believe called 'ungoogled chromium' or similar) but due to their nature of being unofficial you can never know if they catch everything.
I just downloaded the Epic Games client (don't worry, I'll always be faithful to GOG.com!), and I was immediately impressed by how good the U.I. looked when compared to Galaxy. I think the Galaxy developers should follow in the footsteps of Epic Games and make a few tweaks to their system (aesthetically speaking). You can start by ditching the old purple logo, and move the menu to the left-hand side. I think Galaxy would look much better if the menu options (library, home, etc) have their own separate pages.

I wonder if a big update will come ,seems like a while since a meaningful update happened.I like galaxy but it's somewhat bare bones right now.
I can also confirm that it takes longer to load up GOG Galaxy. Takes a minute on both my Desktop and laptop. My Desktop has an SSD, while my laptop has a 7200rpm HDD. What happened with this last update?
Thanks for the reports on the slow startup. The next update should significantly improve that :)

Thanks for the reply! I hope the next update improves the loading times, may I also suggest a QOL improvement? I see there's no option to close the client completely, so I have to go to the menu to exit instead of just hitting the X on the window because otherwise it remains in the system tray, maybe a checkbox to allow to minimize to tray that can be deactivated so we can close it completely using windows controls. Thanks!

I confirm. Galaxy starts laughably slow after the last update. It reminds me of times when I tried to run a game that requires twice as much RAM than it was available. :P It was 20 years ago...
