It would be very helpful for us, if you could go to http://mantis.gog.com add a ticket and attach your logs (instruction how to do this are posted there). This looks like some connectivity issue with our backend systems.

I've checked your mantis issue, and looked at the logs you've uploaded. But the logs.zip file you attached is missing the most importan log file that should be called "GalaxyClient.log". Is this file missing in your logs folder?
