It would be very helpful for us, if you could go to http://mantis.gog.com add a ticket and attach your logs (instruction how to do this are posted there). This looks like some connectivity issue with our backend systems.
It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera
