So I'm playing Witcher 3 but Achievements aren't popping up for me. I have to see them in my list outside the game. Can I enable pop-up like Steam and Xbox somehow?

That'll be part of the overlay they're still working on... It's only in the list for now.

Marked 'soon' on http://www.gog.com/galaxy -- which, strangely, also features a mock-up of how the pop-up will look. (It's a separate asset, not part of the TW3 screenshot it's placed over.)
