But I never did. You said you are blatantly laying blindingly obvious traps nmillar, and then using that to cast suspicion on people. I would have thought better of you, because I don't consider that the play of someone who is town.
You CANNOT come out with something like 'Damnation is town' and expect it to go uncommented on - theres no way on this earth it can be taken at face value, because you are too experienced a player to do something so blatant.
So I have to ask myself why you would do something like that. And I can only think of one reason - to cause confusion, sew distrust and use it as a weapon to attack the innocent with.
My vote on you stands.

Yes, and I'm also experienced enough to know it could be complete bollocks. No one can verify your information right now, so stating things like 'Damn is town' is an invitation for wine.

You're effectively saying that by doubting you, we're being scummy, when it's obvious that there's a quicker and easier explanation as to why you might be so sure.
That's a tactic which punishes the naivité of the new folks... :<

If the whole Rodzaju thing hadn't happened, I'd be willing to let this slide. But in this situation, I am not. I have no idea what it is you're doing here, nmillar. There was not a tiniest bit of pressure on you, yet you do this -- not exactly softclaiming, but it's a soft-something, alright.
It's the what, fourth example of someone volunteering information in this game? And yeah, I know I have said that scum are unlikely to try and make a gamble like this, which is why I'm inclined to believe them. But doing it after I've said that? That's pushing my trust a little bit too far.

Well, I could have lied, but I definitely don't intend to go down the Rodzaju route.
I know of one confirmed town, one confirmed scum (which I was hoping to save in case we reached a LYLO situation) and a power role of unknown alignment.

And yeah, I was hoping to keep my role hidden for a while longer, but NFY kind of trapped me with her question. Might as well get the information out there though; hopefully it will be for the benefit of town.

It does make me wonder though how you know his alignment, name and some flavour. If you were a flavour or role cop then the only reason you'd know alignment would be because you're mafia and therefore know who isn't.
