I'm really sorry. I've basically lost interest in a lot of stuff, Mafia included, due to a combination of real life issues, general misery, chronic apathy, insomnia and so on. At first I just thought I'd wait until either things got more interesting or a prod came, but I'm surprised neither happened after nine days. Hell, I didn't realize it was that long.

I'd recommend not voting me out based on my own stupid failure to bring myself to post. It wasn't intentional lurking, but I'm not really in a mental state to keep up with this game. I suppose this is the part where I request replacement. Sorry.

Just don't ask Red too many questions. Otherwise the thread will likely end up full of walls of text. Plus if you're very (un)lucky you'll get a 10 page A4 report.

Sure I am. Though as I haven't been replaced after 10 days it seems unlikely that I will be. Strange as normally replacements are found pretty quickly. Maybe it's the time year and people are busy with other stuff.

Besides there's no rule saying I can't continue to post until I am replaced.

You'd rather waste lynch on someone who could be replaced than use it on scum?

If he was someone I thought worth lynching, as in someone I suspect is scum, YES, I would rather they be lynched.
If they are replaced, we have to give the replacement time to get into the game & thus risk letting a suspected scum off the hook.

Note that I did say that, at the moment I am not in favour of lynching pazzer.

I can see where Rod is coming from, a replacement is always bad. The person replacing has a lot of work to do and it screws up everybody's reads.

Anyway, sorry for the complete lack of activity yesterday. I had craploads of work to do in the evening, and although I managed to idly post in a few other threads I couldn't find the time to properly read the build up of posts in this thread.

Does anyone have a reason for voting for Penut other than his terrible lurking?

Personally, I haven't seen enough to form an opinion, but the excessive lurking is such a contrast to his previous play that it is suspicous.

I am in favour of periodically adding votes until he either posts or hangs.

And do you agree that it's better to lynch such person?
