I don't think I've exercised yet this year. :(

Need to go for a run tomorrow!

gameon: I'm thinking a treadmill would mean that as i'd be running in a straight line, and on a dry surface, there would be less chance of injury?
Perhaps, but good lord it must get boring after a while! =) To each his own. Hope you get a model you can tilt upwards.

To me, any exercise is boring. But i have done so in the past to feel healthier/burn off energy and to try and build my weight up.

In terms of getting a treadmill, i could do with one, but they are expensive. Plus i need room in the garage. It's still really cluttered, but it should hopefully be sorted out this year. All i can do is try to not get injured while running this time around!

LOL
My 29er is now a 2x9 (down from 3x9) in all but specification. Something that I did works, yeay!

EDIT: A 2x8, I mean. Down from 3x8. Go team. Still works, though.

Good luck! But I don't think you need it.. :P
I actually just had to quit my gym. They didn't have an ashtray on the stair master.
I've been experimenting with Intermittent Fasting lately. And this week I'm changing my diet to one of those paleo diets, I just started today with the diet, so who knows. But, the Intermittent Fasting has been one of the best things I've done in a long time.

My circulation is improving, my head is clear, for the most part the twitching in my abdomen is gone.
I'm pissed that I've injured my knee and can't do any serious leg workout :(.
I quit smoking, then ran 5 miles in the Olympic Park 12 weeks later. I even managed to blog about it. :)
