It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Have you already sent a support ticket to the staff about it?
No, I'll try

is there a way to download and install games w/o GOG dowloader, Galaxy or any of that stuff?

were two threads about the same issue really necessary ?
Sorry, one I realized I set as a discussion, not a question. I'm new on GOG.

Download directly from the browser. Select the game in your library, then click under "GAME DOWNLOADS" to download the installer. (Depending on the game, there may be multiple parts you have to download.)

Ah okay, yeah The Witcher 3 probably has quite a few parts to download.

Once I download all the parts will it come together as one file.

EDIT: Ninjerd

(Was that meant to be a question? ;) Perhaps the installer EXE (one of the files you download, perhaps the smallest one) will check to ensure all the files are downloaded; somebody else with more tech knowledge or who owns W3 can explain. Can you screenshot me what you have for Witcher 3 under "Game Downloads"?
